Traveling with the kids for a weekend getaway, we had a delightful stay at this hotel. the manager's helpful intervention with a reservation hiccup was appreciated. the hotel was conveniently located near the interstate, with a clean room and welcoming staff. the common area provided a spacious and versatile spot to relax. Easy access to nearby dining options like Taco Bell and Burger King added to the convenience. Additionally, the heated pool and excellent breakfast options were highlights of our stay.

The location is favorable and magnificent, right in the middle of Jackson and in a fairly nice area. the room was perfectly clean, and everyone was amicable. I have stayed here many times and would book again.

The room had a beautiful modern design and the bathroom was gorgeous with an all-glass standing shower. the smart TV had my name on the welcome page and I was able to log in to Netflix, etc. It was located in a key spot so everything I needed was within 20 minutes. there were a Taco Bell and a Burger King right next door.

The mattress on the sleeper sofa had a nasty stain, but this is something expected in most hotels. the breakfast was decent, but nothing fantastic.

Beautiful modern design, excellent breakfast, well-equipped exercise room, friendly and professional staff.
